Rubina Ali Khan
Rubina Ali Khan is an expert in Soft Skills training for BPOs/
Call Centers: Tele-Marketing techniques, Customer service skills and Neutralising
the English accent.
She has worked as a Trainer in an organization of professional Corporate
Trainers in Hong Kong.
The scope of training included design of components of the training program
and implementation of the same. All associated tasks which included conducting
workshops, seminars, supervision of assignments, monitoring trainees,
performance appraisal of trainees, preparation of course material and
teaching aids, preparation of testing material and all tasks related to
the training of the trainees and attending meetings.
Related Course Work: Neutralizing the English accent,
proper pronunciation of words, correcting the trainees’ choice of
words under different working conditions, voice modulation and moderating
the rate of speech.
Rubina has also worked as a Freelance Consultant for
a College in Hong Kong. Work involved choosing and writing of questions
for the examination papers with the most apt answers.
She is presently based in Singapore involved with a company
that provides online tutoring for K-12 students, regular tutoring or exam
help for competitive exams like SAT and TOEFL.
