Wing Commander Joseph Paulson

“Jo” loved to slice the skies at supersonic speeds and weave intricate patterns in the sky as a Fighter Pilot in the Indian Air Force. Doctors clipped his wings in 1992, after a back injury which propelled him into a Corporate Training career.

Passionate about continuous learning, he moved to the Corporate World in 2003 after completing his Post Graduation in Training & Development, Business Management, Counseling, Psychometry and Master Trainer certifications. He holds Level A & B Certification from British Psychology Society and Accredited user of MBTI Step – II.

Helping people discover the shadow side of their self and bringing out their very best is his passion. He loves to see others triumph by achieving seemingly impossible breakthroughs in life both professionally and personally.
